Our Church was having intermittent problems with both the telephones and with the wiring for our DSL lines. ... Adaptive Data Works, LLC (also known as ADW) is the same as OfficeConnect.net. ADW was started in 2001 and added the OfficeConnect.net name in 2007. We think that OfficeConnect.net is easier to remember. Don't you?
To add your credit / bank card to your hosting account do the following: 1. Go to http://www.officeconnect.net 2. Click on Quick Links. 3. Click on Control Panel Login. 4. In the blanks provided, fill in your account login and password that were created when the account was created. 5. After logging in, click on Billing->Billing Profile. 6. Next to "Edit Billing Profile" and select "Credit Card" and click Edit. 7. Complete all appropriate blanks and click Add. 8. This will make the credit card active in your account and begin billing the credit card for your services. 9. You may log out of H-Sphere.

Be sure that you are using your full email address as your username. If this persists, call OC Tech Support.
Be sure you are using your full email address as your login id / user name. If that does not work, view the Outlook Settings and use those settings as a guide for setting up your email client.

Log in to SQWebMail using their full email address as the User Id. 5. Click on Preferences. 6. At the bottom of the preferences page, enter the old password and double enter the new password and click Change Password. 7. Then click Log Out.
OC performs a monthly full backup and daily incremental backups. The incremental backups are kept for a week. OC will restore your data for a $50 per incident/request. We make no warranties on our backups and encourage our users to make and keep their own backups of their data.
The charge for data restoration is $100 per incident, providing that your files are contained in the backup files.
No OC, does not warranty our backups. Our back up system is modest and inexpensive. If we were to invest in a more extensive system, our rates would have to go up. Also, as a web developer, you are primarily responsible for your web site. As such, you should keep back up copies locally -on your computer or off site to your website- so that you can restore in the event of data loss.
