Due to the nature of the services being sold, OfficeConnect.net cannot offer refunds after a service has been delivered to a customer. In the event of an outage that lasts 24 hours or more OfficeConnect.net may be able to offer credits for service equal to the amount of time of the outage.

Web Hosting Monthly subscriptions are automatically renewed on the monthly "anniversary" of your original sign up date.
Due to the nature of the products and services being sold, we can not issue a refund for an automatic renewal after it has been processed. But monthly customers may cancel their accounts at any time effective immediately and will receive a pro rated amount of the monthly service fee.
If you are a web hosting customer, you can access and edit your account information at any time by following these steps:
1. Go to http://www.officeconnect.net
2. Click on "Quick Links".
3. Click on H-Sphere Login
4. Enter your login id and password.
Internet Speed Upgrades Service Refund and Cancellation Policy
Internet service upgrades are charged prior to delivering upgraded or enhanced internet service speeds. However, no refund will be given for this service due to the need to pay for delivering internet service.
Each time an enhanced or upgraded internet speed is purchased, a time is specified by the end user who is making the purchase. At the end of that time, the speed of the connection is automatically returned to the free speeds. Therefore, the cancellation is built in to the purchase. If the end user desires to continue their enhanced speeds, they are free to make the purchase again.

Your information consists of personally identifiable information collected or received about you when you make purchases from us, when you register with us, or when you log in as a registered user and interact with our products and services. Except for those data elements that are necessary for authorizing credit card purchases, your confidential information is not retransmitted. Data elements needed to authorize credit card purchases are transmitted via OfficeConnect.net’s secure SSL-encrypted link to Authorize.net. Please keep in mind that while we have established safeguards to help prevent unauthorized access to or misuse of you information, we cannot guarantee that your personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Policy (for example, in the event of unauthorized acts by third parties that violate applicable law or our policies).
Other Security
From time to time, OfficeConnect.net is entrusted with sensitive login credentials or other security data on customers' systems. These credentials may be subject to deletion after a reasonable period of inactivity. This can help to ensure that if OfficeConnect.net equipment such as a laptop is stolen or lost, the customer can be reassured that their systems are safe.
